Can you imagine a gender equal world? Together we can forge women’s equality. The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is ‘Inspire Inclusion’. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women.

How we inspire inclusion? Women empowerment is one of the leading principles of our company. The majority of our producers are WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation) members. They not only have a policy to promote gender equality but their actions are inspirational. Companies are women lead or women are in leadership positions. Women are equal paid for equal work. Besides this work related actions, they support girls education, raise awareness about trafficking problems among girls and support health camps. They truly set the example for other companies.
