Tree of life with minor flaws
The Karama festival is the inspiration for this tree of life.
Craftsmen from Orissa/Odisha (East India) make these statues in the traditional dhokra casting. Dhokra is a special casting technique. A statue is made with very tin wax strings creating the unique pattern. Every statue is unique and a example of tradition and craftmenship. The different dhokra animals represented the village clans.
